Mr. Manavendra Gokhale has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with effect from November 02, 2009, by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on October 30, 2009.
Raj Oil - Change in Accounting Year

The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, resolved to Change the Accounting Year of the Company.
Accordingly, the current Accounting Year, which began on January 01, 2009, which would have ended on December 31, 2009 shall be ending on March 31, 2010. (making the year of 15 months).
Thereafter, the Accounting Year would be of 12 months period, to begin from April 1st and end on March 31st, in respective years.
This has been done to coincide the Accounting Year of the Company with the Accounting Year as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
